As with our previous models, the GOO HEALTH WATCH measures the oxygen level in the blood while you sleep and alerts you (by vibrating) when it drops below a critical threshold.

Every morning, the GOO HEALTH WATCH application (available for iOS and Android) will present you with an analysis of your sleep (SpO2, BPM, VFC) and will alert you to possible sleep apnea exercises.
